Very nice restaurant in the city center of Bad Windsheim. A great beer especially the original Reichsstadt beer is one of the best beers in Franconia. You can drink one more like that. An absolute recommendation 🍺

We had a nice evening in the Döbler brewery in Bad Windsheim. The home-brewed beers are all quite tasty. Currently (Dec) a Doppelbock is offered 18 revolutions - strong thing. In the evening there was unfortunately only a snack and a few warm dishes. The BrotzeitKarte still read well and the smoked sausages tasted good. Since the dining room is not too big, I recommend making a reservation. In general, a visit is worthwhile. We would come back.

Very nice little pub delicious beer

Madness. Small, centrally located tavern in a 'classic' simple but solid style with (really) excellent beers and good home cooking at very low prices. You also get to know the master brewer personally. Each of the offered beers there was really successful and mostly outstanding. The Pils was the best I've ever had anywhere. The brightness was great, as well as the dark and the wheat beer. I can only wish that this place is preserved - and that more people may discover and enjoy it!

We are namesake and have been coming to the Wirtshaus Döbler for 7 years. Great beers, delicious snacks and you always meet nice people. Staff and the family are "top". We like to drive 170 km for such good quality.

Rustic brewery / business, friendly service and guests. Great beer and delicious little things to eat. We like to be there again and again, but there is always a lot going on for bock beer. Definitely worth a visit.

The beers of this small brewery taste very delicious. My tip is the Landmärzen and the unfiltered beer. There are only cold foods in the economy, but they are fresh and of the highest quality. The wait staff and the boss are very friendly. At the regular's table you will find friendly connection very quickly. The brewery itself is not so very modern, but all the more stringent in charm good old brewing craft. Here I like to return again, as soon as I come back to the area.
